Our Return Policy
Requirements for a Full Refund
- Items must be in new condition.
- items must be returned in their original packaging.
- The items original packaging must be whole and intact, with the box re-sealed and uncut.
- The item must have our original shipping label.
- The item must be returned within 30 days.
Items returned between 31 and 60 days after receipt will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items may not be returned past 60 days.
Price Paper will inspect all returned products to ensure they are clean and pest free prior to allowing entry to the building. Any product that fails this basic inspection will be returned to the customer with no credit being issued.
Items that have a defect in material or workmanship may only be exchanged for the same or similar product if the original product is no longer available. Otherwise the product must be returned and follow the return policy outlined above.
Lastly, all returned products will create a credit on your account with us. We're sorry, at this time we can not process requests for a refund by cash, check or credit card. Please allow 10 days for the credit to be processed and issued to your account.
Custom or Special Order items
- Custom made, custom printed and special order items are not returnable.
- Custom printed products must be paid in advance and therefore require a deposit. Once signed artwork has been submitted to the manufacturer, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the materials or workmanship Price Paper will attempt to negotiate a resolution between the manufacture, and you our valued customer. However, the ultimate decision as to whether a defect is present resides solely with the manufacturer.
