Effective January 2012 the USDA initiated a new law that will require all in-store ground products to be labeled with nutritional information.
One of our manufacturer has developed three different styles of nutritional labeling, available in either one-ply or two-ply and corner-fit or rectangular shapes for your ground meat products.
